1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bmk88 platform — whether through the official website at bmk88.run or our mobile app — you are automatically considered to have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions stated in this document.

These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors without an account, registered members, and users accessing via promotional or referral links. Acceptance of these terms is an absolute requirement for using any services provided by bmk88.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the BMK88 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your bmk88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn, as remaining balances may not be recoverable once the account is closed.

• Bmk88 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee or closure.
• Members who have opted for self-exclusion may not re-register a new account during the designated exclusion period.

12 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
